The holiday season is in full swing – but so is cold and flu season. COVID-19 is also on the rise in our community and many report symptoms that could easily be misconstrued as a cold or sinus infection. Please continue to be vigilant in your care for yourself, your family, and community!

We continue to modify office process to reflect illness in our community:

We are very rarely performing spirometry (breathing tests) due to the risk of spreading infection to other patients and staff.

• It is still valuable to see a provider to assess lung sounds, review breathing status, and treatment plans.
• If you are ill, it may be necessary to defer your appointment until a later date and/or switch to a telemedicine format.

Masks continue to be required in the office.

Cleaning of high touch areas persists at recommended intervals.

How You Can Care for Yourself/Family/Community This Season:

• Wash your hands
• Stay home if you are ill
• Stay up to date on vaccines, including influenza and COVID-19 (as age appropriate)
• Eat healthy foods to fuel your immune system
• Get plenty of rest
• Drink lots of water
• Be kind to yourself and others

We are here for you during the holiday season:

• Allergy Injections are available Monday - Thursday, 7:30-12, 1-5
• Clinical Staff Available for phone triage during regular business hours with the exception of office closings on Friday, December 24 and Friday, December 31
