Important Regarding Telemedicine Visits at GRA

As you know, most follow-up visits with GRA providers are being conducted virtually at this time. When you schedule an appointment, our team will walk you through the process to easily connect to a provider for your personal virtual visit.
Due to disruptions in service related to COVID-19, we have been unable to modify pre-set automatic appointment reminders that were established prior to the pandemic. As a result, you may receive reminders for your telemedicine appointment via phone, text and email that incorrectly refer to an in-person visit. Please pardon the inconvenience and disregard phone call or text message reminders, or emails with the heading, “Appointment Reminder” that you receive.
If you scheduled a telemedicine visit, be assured that your provider will connect with you virtually as expected on the date and at the specified time of your appointment. For virtual visits, please follow the instructions given to you by a member of our scheduling team and sent to you in an email from “GRA Telemed”. Look for the email from GRA Telemed (be sure to check your spam & junk folders!) with the subject, “Important Reminders for Your Virtual Visit”. This is the email that will include the correct details for your virtual visit.
