Mon, Tues, Wed, Thu: 7:30 am-12:00pm, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm
Cluster Hours: 7:30 am - 10:30 am, 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
**No injections on Fridays**
The office is closed for major holidays and no injections will be given on these (or observed) days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

You will speak with a representative from our phone service who will direct your call to an available provider as appropriate.
Telemedicine Visits
Telemedicine visits are offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Call the office to inquire if a virtual visit is an option for you as virtual visits may not be appropriate in all cases.
