Joanne was born and raised in Perry, MI, and graduated from Grand Rapids Community College with an Associate of Science in Nursing.  After several years of hospital and home health, she completed a RN to Master of Science Degree at University of Michigan as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  Prior to joining Grand Rapids Allergy, she worked in internal medicine in Holland.  Joanne and her husband live in Ottawa County and enjoy riding motorcycles, fishing, camping, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with their three children.
